Miles Overview
The 2022 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, offered with front- or all-wheel drive and a hybrid option across six trims. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Nissan Rogue, and Mazda CX-5, standing out for its spacious interior. The CR-V drives with a composed, car-like feel, and its steering is light but accurate around town. The ride is smooth and absorbent over most surfaces, though the suspension can feel firm on sharp bumps. Cargo space is generous for the class, and the rear seats fold flat to expand the load area. The LX is the base CR-V, giving up the EX's larger touchscreen and alloy wheels but keeping the same core SUV. Its 1.5L I4 makes 190 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission; with all-wheel drive it returns 29 mpg combined.
