Miles Overview
The 2021 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, slotting between the smaller HR-V and the larger Passport. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX-5, and Subaru Forester in a crowded segment. The CR-V rides smoothly and handles confidently, though the base engine can feel a bit sluggish under hard acceleration. Its cabin is spacious and versatile, with generous cargo room and thoughtful storage throughout. The EX-L sits above the EX and Special Edition trims, adding leather seats, a power tailgate, and a moonroof for a more premium feel. Its 1.5L I4 makes 190 horsepower and pairs with a CVT, getting 30 mpg combined in front-wheel-drive form. The power tailgate with programmable height is a handy feature you'll appreciate when your hands are full.
