Miles Overview
The 2025 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, slotting between the HR-V and Passport and offering a roomy, efficient family hauler. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Nissan Rogue, and Mazda CX-5 in the crowded compact crossover segment. The CR-V drives with a composed, refined feel, and the hybrid version delivers strong, smooth acceleration around town. The ride is comfortable and well-controlled, though highway road noise is noticeable at speed. Inside, the CR-V offers generous passenger space, a practical cargo area, and a standard suite of driver-assistance tech. The Sport is the entry-level hybrid CR-V; you give up leather seats and a power tailgate versus the Sport-L, but you save thousands and still get the same efficient powertrain. Its 2.0L I4 hybrid makes 204 horsepower and sends power through a smooth two-motor system, returning an EPA-rated 40 mpg combined with front-wheel drive.
