Miles Overview
The ride is firm, especially in the sportiest settings, but the adaptive suspension soaks up most bumps when you dial it back to Comfort. Inside, you get a roomy, well-built cabin with supportive sport seats, plenty of tech, and a usable cargo area for a performance SUV. Its 4.4L V8 makes 600 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, routed through all-wheel drive and a eight-speed automatic that together launch it to 60 mph in the mid-three-second range. You get M-specific suspension tuning, an active exhaust, and a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system that makes it feel more planted than its 5,425 pounds suggests.
