Miles Overview
The X6 M is BMW's high-performance take on the coupe-styled SUV, blending sports car pace with everyday practicality. It's a seriously quick machine, with the kind of thrust that pins you to the seat, yet it stays composed enough for daily driving. The ride is firm, especially in the sportier settings, but the adaptive suspension smooths things out when you're just cruising. Inside, you get a driver-focused cockpit with supportive seats and the latest iDrive system, though the sloping roof cuts into rear headroom. The Competition is the only X6 M trim for 2024, so you get the full performance treatment without having to choose between power levels. Its 4.4L V8 makes 617 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, routed through eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, which delivers brutal acceleration and sure-footed traction in any weather. The standard M Sport exhaust lets you hear the V8's full voice, and the adaptive suspension tightens up for track days or softens for the commute.
