Miles Overview
The 2022 Corolla is a compact car offered as a sedan or hatchback, competing with the Civic, Elantra, and Mazda3. The Corolla handles corners with composure and steering that feels direct, though the base engine can be loud under hard acceleration. Inside, the cabin is well laid out with standard Toyota Safety Sense, but rear legroom is tight and the rear seats don't fold fully flat. Owners appreciate the value, standard safety tech, and low running costs, especially in the hybrid. The LE rides on 16-inch steel wheels instead of alloys, which soaks up bumps better than the SE's larger tires but looks more basic.
