Miles Overview
The 2020 Kia Sorento is a midsize SUV that seats up to seven, slotting between the compact Sportage and the larger Telluride. It competes with the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, and Ford Explorer, offering a strong warranty as a key advantage. The Sorento rides smoothly and handles confidently, making it a pleasant companion for daily commutes and road trips. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the class, with comfortable seats and a well-designed layout that families appreciate. Cargo space is generous, and the available third row adds flexibility for hauling kids or extra gear when needed. The SX adds leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, and a larger touchscreen over the EX, making it the top non-SXL trim. Its 3.3L V6 makes 290 horsepower and pairs with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering confident passing power and sure-footed traction in rain or snow. The SX includes Kia's Drive Wise safety suite as standard, with adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring that work smoothly on the highway.
