Miles Overview
The 2019 Sorento is a midsize three-row SUV that slots between the compact Sportage and the larger Telluride. It competes with the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and Ford Explorer, offering a roomier cabin than most in its class. The Sorento rides smoothly and handles confidently, with a quiet cabin that makes highway trips relaxing. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the class, with comfortable seats, generous cargo space, and easy-to-use controls. Kia's warranty is a highlight, and while most owners report trouble-free miles, some have noted engine issues in earlier models. Its 3.3L V6 makes 290 horsepower and routes through a eight-speed automatic, which gives the Sorento confident passing power on the highway.
