Miles Overview
The Sorento is Kia's mid-size SUV, a roomy three-row family hauler that competes with the likes of the Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot. The ride is comfortable and composed, though you'll feel sharper bumps more than in some rivals. Inside, the cabin is well laid out with supportive seats, and the rear cargo area is big enough for two bikes with the seats folded. Some owners report air conditioning issues, often a faulty part covered under warranty. The EX adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power driver's seat over the LX, making it the comfort-focused pick in the Sorento lineup. Its 3.3L V6 makes 290 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, giving you confident all-weather grip and smooth passing power on the highway. The EX's third row is optional, so this example has five seats and a flat cargo floor that swallows 72.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats down.
