Miles Overview
The Sorento is Kia's mid-size SUV, a roomy three-row family hauler that competes with the likes of the Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot. The ride is comfortable and composed, though you'll feel sharper bumps more than in some rivals. Inside, the cabin is well laid out with supportive seats, and the rear cargo area is big enough for two bikes with the seats folded. Some owners report air conditioning issues, often a faulty part covered under warranty. Leather seating and a power driver's seat set the EX apart from the LX trim below it. Its 3.3L V6 makes 290 horsepower and works with a six-speed automatic to move this SUV with authority, though the front-wheel-drive layout returns 21 mpg combined.
