Miles Overview
The 2016 X4 is BMW's sporty compact crossover, blending coupe-like styling with the practicality of an SUV. It handles with the poise of a sedan, feeling agile and responsive on twisty roads. Inside, the cabin is trimmed with high-quality materials, though the sloping roofline cuts into rear headroom. Cargo space is on the smaller side for the class, so bulky items can be a tight fit. Its 3.0L I6 pairs with the eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, and the combo feels eager off the line while returning 21 mpg combined. The M40i can be equipped with adaptive suspension, letting you soften the ride for daily driving or firm it up for cornering.
