Miles Overview
The 2009 X6 is BMW's sporty take on an SUV, a coupe-like crossover that trades some practicality for a more dramatic roofline. Behind the wheel it feels more like a sports car than a tall SUV, with sharp steering and a planted, confident stance through corners. Inside, the cabin is luxurious and roomy up front, and the rear seats are comfortable enough for adults on longer trips, though the sloping roof cuts into cargo space. That 4.4L I8 makes 400 horsepower and routes it through an automatic transmission to all-wheel drive, so it pulls hard in a straight line and grips confidently in corners.
