Miles Overview
The ALPINA XB7 is BMW's full-size luxury SUV, tuned by the German firm to be quicker and more composed than the standard X7. It drives with a calm authority that's rare in a three-row SUV, the air suspension soaking up bumps while the steering stays precise. Inside, the cabin is trimmed in the kind of leather and wood you'd expect at this price, with three rows of seating that fit adults comfortably. Expect to feed it premium fuel and pay for pricey tires and brakes, the trade for that effortless performance. The ALPINA XB7 is the tuned version of BMW's X7, with a hand-assembled engine, unique suspension tuning, and exclusive interior trim that set it apart from the standard model. Its 4.4L I8 makes 631 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, routed through an {eight-speed automatic} to all four wheels, and it hits 60 mph in under four seconds despite weighing nearly 5,986 pounds. The air suspension with active roll stabilization keeps body motions flat through corners, and you can raise the ride height for rough roads.
