Miles Overview
The Tundra is Toyota's full-size pickup, built for work and family duty alike. It rides smoothly for a truck this size, and the steering feels direct and responsive. The cabin is roomy, with a comfortable back seat and a handy storage compartment under it. Some owners mention thin paint that chips easily, so a protective film or careful washing helps. The Limited adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power moonroof over the SR5. Its 5.7L V8 makes 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic with four-wheel drive, giving it strong pulling power on and off the pavement. The ride is composed even without a load, though fuel economy works out to 15 mpg combined in mixed driving.
