Miles Overview
The Sequoia is Toyota's full-size SUV, built on the same platform as the Tundra pickup. It rides smooth and quiet on the highway, and the steering feels light for such a big truck. The cabin is genuinely spacious, with three rows that fit eight people and a rear window that rolls down. Owners report that the rear lift-gate latch and the roll-down rear window mechanism can fail over time. Leather upholstery, a premium JBL sound system, and power-adjustable front seats set the Limited apart from the SR5. Its 4.7L V8 makes 240 horsepower and pairs with a automatic transmission, and this RWD version gets 16 mpg highway on the highway.
