Miles Overview
The Sequoia is Toyota's full-size SUV, the one you cross-shop with the Tahoe and Expedition when you need room for eight. It drives like a big SUV, with a strong engine that pulls confidently even when you've got a full load aboard. The cabin is genuinely spacious, with supportive seats and enough cargo room for two kayaks plus four people. Just know the fuel bills will be steep; this is a large, heavy SUV and it drinks accordingly. The Nightshade trim adds blacked-out styling touches to the Limited's equipment, so you get leather upholstery and a moonroof with a stealthier look. Under the hood is the same 5.7L V8 making 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, returning 15 mpg combined.
