Miles Overview
The Sequoia is Toyota's full-size SUV, built to take on the Suburban and Expedition with room for eight. It rides smoothly and quietly, feeling more car-like than its size suggests, though its bulk shows in tight spots. Inside, you get a spacious cabin with a third row that folds flat, plus handy touches like a power rear window. Owners report this generation as dependable over the long haul, with common gripes being the rear window motor and liftgate latch. Stepping up to the Limited adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a JBL audio system over the SR5, plus standard four-wheel drive for all-weather confidence. The 4.7L V8 pairs with a four-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, giving you enough grunt to tow a boat or haul the whole family without feeling strained.
