Miles Overview
The Sequoia is Toyota's big three-row SUV, the one that gives you Land Cruiser space without the Land Cruiser price. It rides high and feels surprisingly nimble for something this size, so you never get that bus-like sensation from the driver's seat. Inside, there's room for eight, with a third row that folds away when you need cargo space and a rear window that drops down for easy loading. Owners mention the rear window motor and hatch handle can fail, and the paint on the roof and spoiler may fade over time. Four-wheel drive and the five-speed automatic pair with the 4.7L V8 to get you up forest roads and through snow, though expect around 14 mpg combined when loaded. The SR5's cloth seats are durable and easy to clean, exactly what you want if this truck is heading for boat ramps and gravel lots.
