Miles Overview
The Tundra is Toyota's full-size pickup, the one that competes with the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado. It rides smoothly on the highway and handles towing with confidence, though the steering feels a bit vague at speed. The cabin is roomy and straightforward, with comfortable seats and plenty of headroom for tall drivers. Owners report that the Tundra holds up well over time, with many mentioning only routine maintenance and a few recalls. Stepping up to the Limited gets you leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, and a premium JBL audio system that the SR5 doesn't offer. The 4.7L V8 makes 240 horsepower and pairs with a automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, which feels strong off the line and relaxed on the highway, though it returns 14 mpg combined.
