Miles Overview
The 2005 Tundra is Toyota's full-size pickup, a straightforward workhorse that competes with the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado. It's a truck that feels solid and stable on the road, with a ride that's more car-like than you'd expect from a full-size pickup. The cabin is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of headroom and legroom for tall drivers and passengers. Owners report that the Tundra is remarkably reliable, with major components like ball joints and steering racks lasting well beyond 100,000 miles. This SR5 uses the 4.7L V8 with 271 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque, paired to a five-speed automatic with rear-wheel drive for straightforward hauling.
