2003 Toyota Tundra Limited

The Tundra is Toyota's full-size pickup for 2003, aimed at buyers who want a truck that's tough enough for work but comfortable enough for daily driving. It cruises smoothly on the highway and handles winter roads with confidence, though the turning radius is wide, so you'll want extra room when parking. The cab is roomy up front with plenty of headroom, and the extended cab offers seating for up to six, though the rear seat is tight for adults. Owners report the Tundra holds up well over the long haul, with only occasional issues like air conditioning repairs or recalls for frame rust and airbags. The Limited is the top trim for 2003, adding leather upholstery and power-adjustable seats over the SR5. Its 4.7L V8 makes 240 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque, paired with a four-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, giving it confident pulling power for a full-size truck. The Limited's standard alloy wheels and chrome grille give it a dressier look, but the ride is still truck-like over rough pavement.
