Miles Overview
The Pathfinder is Nissan's mid-size SUV, a body-on-frame design that seats up to seven with its available third row. It's a capable off-roader, especially in 4WD form, and it tows well for its size. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with comfortable seats, though the interior materials feel a bit dated. Watch for transmission issues and catalytic converter failures, which some owners have reported. A standard third-row seat sets the SE apart from the LE and the off-road-oriented LE, giving you seven-passenger seating without stepping up to a pricier trim. The 4.0L V6 and automatic transmission move this rear-wheel-drive Pathfinder with decent grunt for daily driving, though the EPA rates it at 17 mpg combined.
