Miles Overview
The 2020 Aviator is Lincoln's three-row luxury SUV, slotting above the Nautilus and below the Navigator. It squares off against the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, and Volvo XC90, offering a softer, more isolated ride. The Aviator glides with a hushed, composed demeanor, though the plug-in's extra weight makes it feel less eager in corners. The cabin is a highlight, with 30-way adjustable front seats, rich materials, and a spacious third row that fits adults. Standard Co-Pilot360 safety tech includes automatic emergency braking and blind-spot monitoring, plus a crisp SYNC 3 touchscreen. The Black Label Grand Touring is Lincoln’s top Aviator trim, blending the quietest cabin in the lineup with plug-in capability over the standard Black Label. Its 3.0L I4 plug-in hybrid and all-wheel drive make 21 miles of range possible on a charge, and the combo delivers smooth, push-you-back acceleration when the gas engine joins in. The 30-way Perfect Position seats with Active Motion massage are standard here, and the added battery weight makes the ride less eager to carve corners than the standard Aviator.
