Miles Overview
The 2012 Navigator is Lincoln's full-size, three-row SUV, the one you cross-shop with the Escalade and the Expedition. It drives big and smooth, with a ride that soaks up highway miles effortlessly, though the steering is light and a bit numb. Inside, the Navigator offers a genuinely roomy cabin with three rows of seating and a huge cargo area behind the second row. Owners mention the occasional loose starter, especially after towing, but many report trouble-free miles beyond routine maintenance. This Navigator comes with four-wheel drive, giving you extra traction in snow or mud compared to the rear-drive version, which most buyers in colder states want.
