2015 Lincoln MKC LS

The 2015 MKC is Lincoln's entry-level crossover, the smallest SUV in the lineup and the one that shares its bones with the Ford Escape. It's a low-riding performer that feels more like a sporty hatchback than a tall SUV, with quick steering and a confident stance. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it corners, but the cabin stays impressively quiet. Inside, the cabin materials feel upscale, though the back seat is cramped for adults and the sunroof has been a known leak point. The LS is the trim for shoppers who want the MKC's sharp handling and quiet cabin without paying for the Black Label's extra luxury. Its 2.0L I4 makes 240 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to the front wheels, and it returns 23 mpg combined.
