Miles Overview
The 2021 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, slotting between the smaller HR-V and the larger Passport. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX-5, and Subaru Forester in a crowded segment. The CR-V rides smoothly and handles confidently, though the base engine can feel a bit sluggish under hard acceleration. Its cabin is spacious and versatile, with generous cargo room and thoughtful storage throughout. Stepping up to the Touring from the EX-L adds leather upholstery, a power tailgate, and a premium audio system, plus standard all-wheel drive. The 1.5L I4 makes 190 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, delivering smooth power for daily driving and 29 mpg combined.
