Miles Overview
The 2016 CR-V is a compact SUV that slots between the HR-V and Pilot, offering a blend of practicality and efficiency for families. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Ford Escape, and Subaru Forester, standing out with its spacious interior and refined ride. The CR-V's 2.4-liter four-cylinder provides smooth, responsive acceleration, and the ride is composed, though road noise is noticeable on coarse pavement. Inside, the CR-V offers a roomy cabin with a clever center console and a large cargo area, making it easy to haul gear or groceries. Available features include a touchscreen infotainment system, rearview camera, and Honda's LaneWatch camera, which helps with blind-spot monitoring. The EX-L adds leather seats, a power driver's seat, and a moonroof over the EX, while skipping the Touring's navigation and premium audio. This CR-V's 2.4L I4 pairs with a CVT and all-wheel drive, delivering 185 horsepower and 27 mpg combined. The EX-L's leather seats and heated front seats make it a comfortable choice for longer trips.
