Miles Overview
The 2011 CR-V is a compact SUV that prioritizes practicality and easy driving over sporty flair. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Ford Escape, and Subaru Forester in the compact crossover segment. The CR-V handles predictably with light steering, making it easy to maneuver in tight spots. The ride is composed on most roads, though the cabin can get a bit noisy at highway speeds. Its tall roofline and low cargo floor make loading bulky items easy, and the rear seats fold nearly flat. Cloth seats and manual air conditioning set the LX apart from the EX and EX-L trims above it. The 2.4L I4 makes 180 horsepower and pairs with a five-speed automatic, driving the front or all four wheels with predictable, easy-going character. All CR-V trims share the same cargo space and roof rails, so the LX gives up heated seats and a power driver seat for a lower price.
