Miles Overview
The 2009 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, a practical pick for families and anyone needing versatile cargo space. It's easy to drive around town, with a smooth ride and predictable handling that makes it feel smaller than it is. Inside, the cabin is roomy and well laid out, with a fold-flat rear seat that opens up plenty of space for hauling gear. Owners report high mileage with few major issues, though some mention the air conditioning and headlight bulbs can be trouble spots. Stepping up to the EX from the LX adds alloy wheels, a power moonroof, and a six-speaker audio system with a CD player. The 2.4L I4 makes 166 horsepower and routes through a five-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, which gives you confident traction in rain or light snow. The EX's available leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob are a nice upgrade over the LX's urethane pieces.
