Miles Overview
The H2 is the big one in Hummer's lineup, a full-size SUV that's more about presence and off-road bravado than everyday practicality. It drives like the heavy truck it is, with a high seating position and a ride that floats over bumps, though you'll feel every expansion joint in town. Inside, the cabin is wide and airy with plenty of room for five, and the rear seats fold flat to open up a generous cargo area. Expect fuel bills that match its size, and budget for premium fuel and regular maintenance on a vehicle that's not cheap to run. The Luxury trim is the one to pick if you want the H2's off-road capability plus leather and chrome details; the Sut Luxury is similar but trades the third row for a pickup bed. Its 6.2L V8 makes 393 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque, sent through a six-speed automatic to four-wheel drive, which gives it enough grunt to pull a trailer or climb a rock pile without breaking a sweat. The Luxury's standard air suspension lets you raise the body for extra ground clearance off-road or lower it for easier entry, a feature the Sut Luxury doesn't offer.
