Miles Overview
The MDX is Acura's three-row luxury SUV, the one families cross-shop against the QX60 and Highlander. It drives smoothly and quietly, though the transmission can hesitate at low speeds around town. The cabin feels upscale with quality materials, and the second and third rows offer decent space for a family. AcuraWatch safety tech is available on many trims, and the Technology package adds navigation and a premium audio system. This Technology trim adds the Acura/ELS Studio audio system, navigation, and the full AcuraWatch driver-assist suite over the base MDX.
