Miles Overview
The Ridgeline is Honda's unibody pickup, a truck that drives more like an SUV than a traditional body-on-frame hauler. Its independent rear suspension gives it a smooth, car-like ride and composed handling that most pickups can't match. The cabin is quiet and roomy, with comfortable seats and a rear seat that flips up to reveal a large, flat cargo area. The in-bed trunk is a clever, lockable storage spot, and the dual-action tailgate makes loading from the side easier. The RT is the base model, skipping the AWD and some comfort features you get on the Sport and above, but it keeps the same 3.5L V6 and 280 horsepower. The 3.5L V6 makes 280 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, sending power to the front wheels for a confident feel on dry pavement. Expect fuel economy of 22 mpg combined, which is strong for a pickup this size, though the RT gives up the all-weather traction of the available AWD system.
