Miles Overview
The 2005 Odyssey is Honda's family minivan, built to haul up to eight people and their gear. The Odyssey drives with a car-like feel that makes it surprisingly easy to maneuver in tight spots. The cabin is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of cup holders and storage cubbies for long trips. Its flexible seating and in-floor storage make it easy to switch from people-hauler to cargo van. The LX is the base model, so you get manual sliding doors and cloth seats instead of the EX's power doors and available leather. Its 3.5L V6 makes 255 horsepower and pairs with a five-speed automatic, which is smooth and responsive for merging onto highways. The LX skips the Touring's rear-seat DVD system, but you can add a roof-mounted cargo box for extra gear on road trips.
