Miles Overview
The ES is Lexus's midsize luxury sedan, the one that competes with the Audi A6 and BMW 5 Series but with a softer, more comfort-focused character. It's a car you'll enjoy for its smooth, quiet progress rather than for carving canyons, and the ride stays composed on most roads. Inside, the cabin is a quiet, well-built place with comfortable seats and plenty of room for four adults. A large touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto comes standard, and the available Mark Levinson audio is a treat. Stepping up to the Luxury trim from the Premium adds real wood interior trim, power rear sunshade, and memory settings for the driver's seat. The 3.5L V6 makes 302 horsepower and pairs with a eight-speed automatic, delivering smooth, effortless acceleration that suits the ES's relaxed character. The Luxury trim opens up the available Mark Levinson audio system, which transforms the cabin into a concert hall on wheels.
