Miles Overview
The ES is Lexus's midsize sedan, the one you cross-shop with the Audi A6 and Genesis G80 if you want a quiet, comfortable daily driver. It's tuned for smooth, effortless cruising rather than sporty thrills, so you'll appreciate the hushed cabin and the way it glides over highway miles. Inside, you get a roomy back seat and a trunk that swallows luggage easily, with trim levels adding leather, heated seats, and a big touchscreen. Lexus's reputation for dependability carries over here, so you can expect the ES to be a low-stress long-term ownership bet. The Premium adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power tilt-and-telescope steering wheel over the base ES. The 3.5L V6 makes 301 horsepower and pairs with a eight-speed automatic, sending power to two-wheel drive for a relaxed, quiet drive that returns 26 mpg combined.
