Miles Overview
The Avalon is Toyota's full-size sedan, a roomy four-door that competes with the Buick LaCrosse and Nissan Maxima. It's a comfortable highway cruiser, and the TRD trim sharpens the handling with a stiffer suspension and sportier tuning. Inside, the cabin is spacious and quiet, with soft-touch materials and plenty of room for four adults. Standard tech includes a 9-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus Toyota Safety Sense with adaptive cruise and lane-keeping assist. The Touring is the sporty pick for buyers who want the V6's power and a firmer suspension without the TRD's more aggressive look. Its 3.5L V6 makes 301 horsepower through an eight-speed automatic, and it's rated at 25 mpg combined. The Touring adds unique 19-inch wheels and a sport-tuned suspension that tightens body roll without ruining the ride.
