Miles Overview
The Avalon is Toyota's full-size sedan, the one you cross-shop with the Buick LaCrosse and Hyundai Azera. The ride is on the firm side, so you'll feel some bumps, but the seats are wide and supportive for long trips. Inside, the cabin is quiet and upscale, with soft-touch materials and plenty of room for four adults. You get a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, plus heated and cooled seats on higher trims. Stepping up to the Limited adds leather upholstery, a premium JBL audio system, and heated rear seats over the XLS. The 3.5L V6 pairs with a six-speed automatic and two-wheel drive, delivering 268 horsepower and a smooth, quiet highway cruise. The Limited's adaptive front lighting system swivels the headlights into corners, which helps on dark winding roads.
