Miles Overview
The 2005 Camry is Toyota's midsize sedan, the one that's been a top seller for years because it does everything well. On the road it's smooth and quiet, with light steering that makes it easy to drive every day. Inside there's plenty of room for five, a big trunk, and seats that stay comfortable on long trips. The Camry has a well-earned reputation for reliability, though some owners report transmission slipping after high mileage. The XLE is the luxury-oriented Camry, above the LE and SE, with more standard comfort features and a quieter cabin. Under the hood is a 2.4L I4 making 149 horsepower, paired with a five-speed automatic that shifts smoothly around town.
