Miles Overview
The 2025 Subaru Ascent is the brand's three-row family SUV, slotting above the Outback and Forester. It competes with the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and Kia Telluride in the mid-size three-row segment. The turbo engine gives the Ascent confident passing power, and the CVT is tuned to feel responsive around town. The cabin is roomy across three rows, with captain's chairs available on upper trims and generous cargo space behind the third row. Heated leather seats, a power moonroof, and the larger touchscreen set the Touring apart from the Limited below it. The 2.4L I4 makes 260 horsepower and pairs with a automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, which means confident all-weather traction and enough torque for highway merging. The Touring adds a heated steering wheel and ventilated front seats, nice touches for cold mornings or hot drives.
