Miles Overview
The 2014 Jetta is Volkswagen's compact sedan and wagon, competing with the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. It drives with a solid, planted feel that makes highway trips comfortable and confident. Inside, the Jetta feels more upscale than its price suggests, with quality materials and supportive seats. Some owners have dealt with electrical gremlins and pricey repairs, so a thorough inspection is worth it. Its 1.8L I4 makes 170 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, and with the optional six-speed automatic it returns 29 mpg combined.
