Miles Overview
The Golf SportWagen is Volkswagen's compact wagon, a practical alternative to the Golf hatchback with more cargo space behind the rear seats. It drives with the same nimble feel as the Golf, making it easy to toss around corners and comfortable on long highway stretches. The cabin is straightforward and well-built, with a clean dashboard and plenty of room for four adults and their luggage. The wagon body gives you a big, square cargo area that swallows strollers and gear, and the rear seats fold nearly flat for bulky loads. Leatherette seats and the 6.5-inch touchscreen set the SE apart from the base S trim below it. Its 1.8L I4 makes 170 horsepower, and the six-speed automatic shifts smoothly for daily driving while returning 29 mpg combined.
