Miles Overview
The 2014 Jetta is Volkswagen's compact sedan and wagon, competing with the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. It drives with a solid, planted feel that makes highway trips comfortable and confident. Inside, the Jetta feels more upscale than its price suggests, with quality materials and supportive seats. Some owners have dealt with electrical gremlins and pricey repairs, so a thorough inspection is worth it. The GLI is the sporty Jetta, with a firmer suspension, sharper steering, and visual cues that set it apart from the SE and SEL. Power comes from a 2.0L I4 making 210 horsepower, paired with a six-speed automatic that shifts crisply when you're pushing it.
