2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SE

The 2023 Tiguan is Volkswagen's compact SUV, slotting between the subcompact Taos and the three-row Atlas. It competes with the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and Mazda CX-5, offering a more European driving feel. The Tiguan's steering is nicely weighted and its chassis feels composed, making it enjoyable on winding roads. Inside, the Tiguan offers a clean, well-built cabin with generous rear legroom and up to three rows of seating. Heated V-Tex leatherette seats and the 8-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone integration set the SE apart from the base S trim. The 2.0L I4 makes 184 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, and with all-wheel drive and the eight-speed automatic it returns 25 mpg combined.
