Miles Overview
The 2023 Tacoma is a midsize pickup that competes with the Chevrolet Colorado and Ford Ranger, offering a rugged body-on-frame design. The Tacoma handles off-road trails with confidence, and its steering feels direct, though the ride can be firm on pavement. The cabin is functional and durable, with an available touchscreen and a bed that suits weekend hauling, though rear-seat space is tight in the Double Cab. Toyota's reputation for reliability carries over here, and the Tacoma holds its value well over time. The SR5 is the volume trim for shoppers who want a capable daily driver without the off-road hardware of the TRD Off-Road.
