Miles Overview
The 2020 Tacoma is a midsize pickup that takes on the Chevrolet Colorado and Ford Ranger with a rugged, off-road-ready character. The Tacoma handles city streets and tight trails with ease, though the ride can be firm on rough pavement. The cabin offers plenty of room up front and useful tech like Toyota Safety Sense, but the back seat is snug for tall passengers. With short- and long-bed options and strong towing capability, the Tacoma suits weekend hauling and daily driving alike. Toyota's reputation for durability carries over here, though some owners have reported transmission and differential issues. The Limited gives up the TRD Off-Road's locking rear diff and crawl control for leather upholstery and a more polished interior. Its 3.5L V6 makes 278 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, giving it confident traction on loose surfaces. The Limited's standard heated leather seats and dual-zone climate control make it the most comfortable Tacoma for daily driving.
