2025 Nissan Versa 1.6 S

The Versa is Nissan's entry-level sedan, slotting below the Sentra and competing with the Honda Fit and Toyota Yaris. Its light weight and responsive steering make the Versa feel nimble in city traffic, though the engine needs revs to keep up on highways. The cabin is simple but well laid out, with comfortable front seats and a surprisingly roomy back seat for the class. The Versa's reliability record is decent, though the CVT has drawn some criticism over the years for long-term durability. Manual door locks and crank windows mark the 1.6 S as the entry point, giving up the SV’s keyless entry and power accessories to save money.
