Miles Overview
The Versa is Nissan's entry-level hatchback, aimed squarely at budget-conscious commuters who want maximum space for the money. It's not quick, but the Versa handles city driving with ease, and the light steering makes parking a breeze. Inside, you get surprising rear legroom and a solid-feeling cabin, though the seat fabric tends to attract hair and lint. Some owners report the cabin gets noisy on the highway, and the windshield wipers can wear out quickly. A manual transmission and manual windows set the S apart as the most affordable Versa, with the SV adding power accessories and a CVT. Its 1.8L I4 makes 122 horsepower and drives the front-wheel drive front wheels, which is enough to keep up with traffic but not much more.
