2022 BMW 2 Series M240i xDrive

The 2 Series is BMW's entry-level coupe and gran coupe, the smallest cars in the lineup and the ones that feel most like a driver's tool. It's the rare small BMW that still handles like a BMW, with sharp steering and a balanced chassis that makes back roads fun. Inside, the cabin is snug but well built, with supportive seats and a clean dashboard layout that puts everything within reach. The gran coupe body adds a practical hatchback trunk, while the coupe keeps the classic two-door look with a smaller cargo opening. The M240i xDrive is the top coupe in the 2 Series, sitting above the 230i and the M235i Gran Coupe, and it's the one to pick if you want the most power and grip. Under the hood, the 3.0L I6 makes 382 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, sent through the eight-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, and it gets 26 mpg combined. With 3,871 pounds to haul around, the xDrive system gives you confident launches and all-weather traction, though the ride is firmer than the base 230i's.
