Miles Overview
The 2025 BMW 2 Series is the brand's compact sports coupe and four-door Gran Coupe, slotting below the 3 Series. It goes up against the Audi A3, Mercedes-Benz CLA, and the Toyota GR Supra for buyers who want a small, sporty premium car. The 2 Series is a driver's car, with quick steering, a balanced chassis, and strong brakes that make it genuinely fun on a back road. The ride is firm, especially on the M240i, but that tautness is the price of its sharp handling. Inside, the 2 Series offers a clean, driver-focused cabin with supportive seats and a straightforward iDrive system. If you want the real M240i experience with all-weather traction, the xDrive is the one; the rear-drive version is a touch lighter and more playful. Its 3.0L I6 makes 382 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, routed through eight-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, and it'll hit 60 in the low four-second range. BMW rates it at 26 mpg combined on premium fuel, and the adaptive suspension is worth finding for daily comfort.
