Miles Overview
The 2025 BMW 2 Series is the brand's compact sports coupe and four-door Gran Coupe, slotting below the 3 Series. It goes up against the Audi A3, Mercedes-Benz CLA, and the Toyota GR Supra for buyers who want a small, sporty premium car. The 2 Series is a driver's car, with quick steering, a balanced chassis, and strong brakes that make it genuinely fun on a back road. The ride is firm, especially on the M240i, but that tautness is the price of its sharp handling. Inside, the 2 Series offers a clean, driver-focused cabin with supportive seats and a straightforward iDrive system. The 230i xDrive adds all-wheel drive to the base coupe, giving you grip in rain or snow that the rear-drive 230i doesn't offer. Its 2.0L I4 makes 255 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic for smooth, responsive power delivery; expect 28 mpg combined. The xDrive system shifts torque between the axles seamlessly, so you get confident traction without dulling the steering feel.
